Rawalpindi (Press Release) District Bar Association Rawalpindi executive meeting was held which was chaired by the newly elected president Faisal Khan Niazi Advocate. Many important decisions were taken in the meeting, and matters related to the security of the District Court and the investigation of the case of the deceased lawyer Sheikh Imran were reviewed.
Newly elected Secretary General Raja Muhammad Ali, Vice President Shahid Hameed Bhatti, Joint Secretary Malik Tajamal Javed, Finance Secretary Uzma Mubarak, Auditor Muhammad Umar, Library Secretary Hamza Ali Abbasi, Majlis Amaila Abid Hussain Kayani, Uzmat Ali Mubarak, Athar Ali were present in the meeting. Bilal Ghafoor Bhatti, Hina Munir, Raja Usman Ali, Shabana Iram Abbasi participated on this occasion, President Bar Faisal Khan Niazi said that the security of Rawalpindi District Kachheri lawyers and the safety of lives and property of civilians are among the top priorities. I will have a meeting with CPO Syed Shehzad Nadeem very soon. The investigation of the case of the murdered bar member lawyer Sheikh Imran will be supervised by Secretary General Raja Muhammad Ali. In the meeting, he prayed for the elevation of the late Sheikh Imran and demanded the government to arrest the accused involved in the incident immediately. He has been brought to the point of infidelity and should be severely punished according to the constitution and law.
