Rawalpindi : Commissioner Rawalpindi Liaquat Ali Chatta presided over the meeting regarding the implementation of Murree Emergency Plan, Deputy Commissioner Murree Agha Zaheer Abbas Shirazi was also present. While a comprehensive plan should be prepared regarding security and traffic. Along with this, digital counting of vehicles entering Murree during the snow season should be done.
Commissioner Rawalpindi has instructed not to allow more than the capacity of vehicles to enter.
Liaquat Ali Chatta said that shuttle service will be arranged like last year during the snowfall season. There will be a ban on all kinds of construction in Murree for 3 months. Mor cycle entry on the expressway from December 15 to February 15. A complete ban will be imposed.
Commissioner Rawalpindi directed that all institutions will be on 24-knee alert during the snowfall season. Deputy Commissioner Murree Agha Zaheer Abbas Shirazi said on this occasion that he will supervise all the arrangements himself and the plan of Commissioner Rawalpindi Division will be ensured.
