Karachi: Visits to main shopping malls and markets regarding fire safety audit by Assistant Commissioners of various sub-divisions of South District on the instructions of Karachi DC South. Regarding the fire safety audit, visits were made to Gul Plaza, Center Plaza, Ghaziani Shopping Center, Rex Center, Jamia Mall and other markets in South District, in which Fire Brigade, Civil Defense and SBCA officers and relevant orders were also present. were present with ACs. Several malls in Anzania were issued warnings by the South District ACs for non-compliance with safety requirements. ACs advised the malls management of strict action as per law for non-compliance of safety measures. ACs and concerned officers also submitted various suggestions to the management of the malls to avoid any untoward incident of fire. Regarding the fire safety audit of DC South Karachi, it was said that in order to avoid fire incidents in the South district, visits are being made to various malls, shopping centers on a daily basis and also the administration and all officers of South Karachi We are working day and night to avoid such untoward incidents and to provide facilities to the public in all forums.
