Today on 11.12.2023, In compliance of directions Honorable Supreme in Suo Moto bearing No. 01/2014. Afzal kahn Niazi DD FIA ACC, Islamabad FIA Anti Corruption Islamabad team headed by Rizwan Mehdi Assistant Director along with Asif Khan, Deputy Administrator Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) launched a retreival operation with the assistance of local police and administration of Rawalpindi, for the retreival of properties. Following properties of ETBP has been retrieved from the illegal occupants:
1: 05 Kanal 01 Marla in Khasra No. 508, situated at Tipu Road Rawalpindi.
2: 04 Kanal 08 Marla in Khasra No. 223, situated at Hafeez Road Rawalpindi.
3: 07 Marla in Khasra No. 645/1170, situated at Tipu Road, Rawalpindi.
4: 98 Kanal 09 Marla (Food Godown occupied by Food Department Punjab) situated near Zam Zam CNG, Tipu Road Rawalpindi.
The DC value of the above mentioned retreived land is approximately
Rs. 4318.5 millions.
