Pakistan on Thursday revealed that a highly sophisticated Indian intelligence setup to carry out a series of assassinations across Pakistan was unearthed by the country’s security agencies.
Indian intelligence agents recruited Pakistani nationals over social media forums to carry out assassinations in Pakistan. Indian agents were passing directives to their Pakistani accomplices on Telegram. The entire scheme involved jurisdictions of many countries in which a “third”country was used for these assassinations. Pakistani authorities are in contact with the third country.
“We are releasing the Passport details of two Indian nationals who carried out these recruitements, Ashok Kumar Anand and Yogesh Kumar,” Pakistan’s Foreign Secretary alongside the Director General Counter Terrorism revealed in a Press Conference today in Islamabad.
