KARACHI (TNS)(Report pirbux Noonari)Karachi In the face of an intense heatwave gripping Karachi, Manghopir Town has launched a prompt and well-coordinated response under the leadership of Chairman Haji Nawaz Ali Brohi. Dozens of heatstroke relief camps have been established across the town, operating day and night to serve the public.
Chairman Brohi, a seasoned politician known for his dedication to public service, is personally overseeing operations. He is visiting multiple areas daily to inspect the availability of water, medical assistance, shaded spaces, and overall camp facilities.
The camps are equipped with cold water, ORS, first aid, and trained rescue volunteers. Special arrangements have also been made for senior citizens and children. Volunteers at the camps are actively educating the public about precautions to take during heatwaves.
Speaking to the media, Chairman Brohi said, this is not just an administrative duty it is our moral and humanitarian responsibility. The people of Manghopir are my own, and we are taking every possible step to ensure their safety.
