ISLAMABAD (TNS) The Corps Commanders Conference chaired by Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir expressed its resolve that the security and safety of the Pakistani people is the top priority of the Pakistan Armed Forces, and the blood of martyrs will not go in vain. Decisive and comprehensive measures are inevitable at all levels against Indian-backed and supported networks.
According to the Public Relations Department (ISPR) of the Pakistan Army, the 271st Corps Commanders Conference (CCC) was held at the General Headquarters (GHQ) under the chairmanship of Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir.
While reviewing the recent successes against Indian-backed terrorist networks, the forum expressed its resolve that the blood of our martyrs will not go in vain and the security and safety of the Pakistani people is the top priority of the Pakistan Armed Forces.
The Forum offered Fatiha for those martyred in the recent terrorist attacks by Indian-sponsored agents. The Forum stressed that decisive and comprehensive measures are indispensable at all levels against Indian-sponsored and supported networks.
After the defeat in direct aggression after the Pahalgam incident, India is now pursuing its nefarious ambitions through agents like Fitna-ul-Kharij and Fitna-ul-Hindustan.

During the Corps Commanders’ Conference, the Army Chief briefed the Forum on Pakistan’s active and successful diplomatic efforts, including recent visits to Iran, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, which the Army Chief attended along with the Prime Minister.
The Forum was also briefed on the Army Chief’s historic and unique visit to the United States, where he had the opportunity to meet with the highest leadership and directly present Pakistan’s position on bilateral, regional and international issues.
The forum took a comprehensive look at the current internal and external security situation, particularly the recent developments in the Middle East and Iran and the growing trend of adopting the use of force as a policy tool, in view of which the need for continuous development of self-reliance capabilities, national unity and determination was emphasized.

Taking note of the baseless allegations of the Indian Army, the Army Chief said that “involving a third party in a clear bilateral military confrontation is a frivolous attempt at bloc politics, which is aimed at portraying India as a self-styled security provider and reaping benefits in a region that is clearly becoming distrustful of Indian hegemonic aspirations and Hindutva extremism.”
According to the ISPR, the forum was also briefed on the ongoing efforts of the Pakistan Army, which includes a strategy to adapt quickly to changing threats and the nature of war. The Army Chief also appreciated the leadership of the Pakistan Navy and the Pakistan Air Force for further strengthening the mutual cooperation of the three services.
At the conclusion of the Corps Commanders’ Conference, the Army Chief expressed full confidence in the operational preparedness of the armed forces to deal with threats.
