KARACHI (TNS) Karachi As in previous years, the Karachi Institute of Heart Diseases (KIHD) successfully hosted its annual Milad-un-Nabi (SAW) gathering at Markazi Sadat Amroha Community Centre. The spiritually enlightening event featured renowned Naat Khawans, including Zeeshan Qadri, Zakariya Sheikh, Wajid Ansari, Faisal Naqshbandi, and Shah Rukh Qadri. The keynote speech and concluding prayers were delivered by Pir Syed Firasat Ali Shah Qadri.
Distinguished guests included eminent professors, surgeons, doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, and members from diverse walks of life, alongside a large number of the general public. The ceremony commenced with recitation from the Holy Qur’an, followed by distribution of sweets, rosaries, prayer mats, fruits, tea, and religious books among the attendees. Participants were also blessed with the opportunity to witness sacred relics, including the blessed hair (Mo’e Mubarak) of the Holy Prophet (SAW).
The gathering concluded with the recitation of Salaam by all Naat Khawans, Pir Syed Firasat Ali Shah Qadri, and the KIHD Organizing Committee. Executive Director of KIHD, Prof. Dr. Riffat Sultana, extended heartfelt gratitude to all guests and participants, presented bouquets and gifts to the Naat Khawans, and hosted a dinner for the attendees.
