Rawalpindi (TNS) Pakistan defeated Sri Lanka by 6 wickets in the third ODI match and swept the series. In the last match of the series played at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, Pakistan easily achieved the visiting team’s target of 212 runs in the 45th over for the loss of 4 wickets. For Pakistan, Mohammad Rizwan scored an unbeaten 61 runs and Hussain Talat played an innings of 42 runs. Opening batsman Fakhar Zaman scored another fifty in the series and scored 55 runs, while Babar Azam, who scored a century in the second match, was dismissed for 34 runs. Wicketkeeper-batter Haseebullah Khan could not open the account despite facing 12 balls, while Salman Ali Agha scored only 6 runs. For Sri Lanka, Jeffrey Wenders took 3. Mahesh Thikshana took one wicket. Earlier, the Sri Lankan team could not settle down and bat in front of the Pakistani bowlers and the entire team was all out for 211 runs in the 46th over.
