Islamabad, Aug 13 (TNS): Neelum-Jhelum hydropower project and Tarbela-IV Extension will start generating 2379 megawatt cumulative power next year.
According to WAPDA, the first unit of Neelum-Jhelum project will start operation in February, second in March, third and 4th units will be ready for inauguration in April next year.
Similarly, the first 1410-megawatt unit of Tarbela-IV Extension will be ready for power generation by February, second by April and the third unit by May next year.
