Islamabad, August 24 (TNS): After four-day long holydays, public servants to get salaries in advance on eve of Eid.
Finance minister Ishaq Dar announced on Thursday to release salaries of government employees before Eidul Azha.
The government employees will get their salary deposits by August 28 as the finance ministry has also given a formal approval in this regard.
A day earlier, the ministry of interior has announced four-day holidays from September 1 to 4 to observe the festivity.
Eidul Azha to be celebrated on September 2 across the country.
