Printing of ballot papers for NA-120 by-polls kicks off

Islamabad, Sept 08 (TNS): Printing Corporation of Pakistan Press (PCPP) on Friday started printing of ballot papers for NA-120 by-elections in Lahore under the supervision of Pakistan Army, state-run media reported.

In this context, the Election Commission has given an order to print 3,35,700 ballot papers.

Seven monitoring teams have also been constituted for NA-120 by-elections to monitor code of conduct and performance of biometric machines.

The monitoring teams are comprised of twenty officers from all four provinces and Islamabad secretariat. These teams will assume their charge of responsibilities by tomorrow evening.
