ISLAMABAD, Sept 9 (TNS): Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Saturday filed a petition to reschedule the review petition against the Panama case verdict of five member bench of Supreme Court of Pakistan on September 12
The review petition against three member bench’s verdict is already due on September 12. The purpose of filing this petition was to make sure that both petitions are heard on the same day.
According to details, it is also requested in the petition that both petitions are heard by the same bench. Earlier, the petition against the three member bench’s verdict against Nawaz Sharif is scheduled to be heard by a three member bench that will be headed by Justice Ejaz Afzal.
