LAHORE, Sep 09 (TNS): PTI Chairman failed again to submit a reply in a civil court here on Saturday in a defamation case filed against him by Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharief.
Imran Khan had leveled serious allegation against Sharief of offering Rs10 Billion to get desired outcome of the Panama gate investigations.

Shahbaz, prompted by the allegation, resorted to the court by filing an application for Rs. 10 billion as compensation against PTI Chairman for causing damage to his hard earned reputation.
The petitioner is of the stance that Imran Khan, by leveling such serious charge against him merely aimed at to achieving political gains, has not only indulged in attempted character assassination of Shehbaz Sharif but also indulged in misleading the nation.
The claimant has requested that the court should issue decree of 10 billion rupees damages against Imran Khan on Shehbaz Sharif’s character assassination.
The judge of civil court Azfar Sultan while hearing the application has again issued a legal notice to Imran Khan and sought reply by September 25 after he failed to submit the same.
