SWAT Sept 18 (TNS): The annual Kalam Festival concluded in district Swat on Sunday evening.
Addressing the concluding ceremony, Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa said the provincial government is spending more than one point three billion rupees on different developmental projects in Kalam.
Earlier, the chief minister formally inaugurated construction of different beautification and recreational places in the area.
