LAHORE Sept 26 (TNS): Renowned Pakistan Movement activist Fatima Sughra passed away at the age of 86 in Lahore.
Fatima Sughra replaced the British flag with the Muslim League flag at the Punjab Civil Secretariat Building in Lahore during the struggle for independence in 1947.

Sughra was rewarded the Pride of Performance Award and Lifetime Achievement Award for her services for Pakistan. She is survived by two daughters and two sons.
