Islamabad, Oct 3 (TNS): President Mamnoon Hussain has signed the Election Reforms Bill 2017 paving ways for former prime minister Nawaz Sharif to regain chairmanship of the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz.
The bill has already been approved by the National Assembly and Senate of Pakistan.

The bill features a controversial amendment that will allow politicians disqualified from holding public office to head a political party.
