Islamabad, Oct 3 (TNS): National Security Advisor Nasser Khan Janjua on Tuesday said that Pakistan attaches great importance to its cordial and multi-faceted ties with Tajikistan.
Janjua was talking to Ambassador of Tajikistan, Sherali Jononov in Islamabad.
The Advisor said Pakistan and Tajikistan look towards each other as strategic partners and both countries have immense potential to expand the spectrum of bilateral relations.
He said Pakistan can offer excellent opportunity to Tajikistan for greater connectivity.
Speaking on the occasion, the Tajik Ambassador said both Pakistan and Tajikistan had successfully developed their strategic relations.
He said Tajikistan Government is keen to strengthen these ties further by extending the cooperation in multiple areas.
