Rawalpindi, Oct 3 (TNS): The outgoing Chief of the Naval Staff, Admiral Muhammad Zakaullah held farewell meeting with Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC), Gen Zubair Mahmood Hayat here on Tuesday.
Upon arrival, Admiral Zakaullah was received by Gen. Zubair.
This meeting was followed by a comprehensive brief on Pakistan Navy’s role in the regional maritime security situation and on operational development in the Indian Ocean region.
During the meeting, the chief of the Gen. Zubair lauded services of Admiral Zakaullah for Pakistan Navy.
On the occasion, CJCSC expressed his entire satisfaction over operational readiness and strenuous efforts by Pakistan Navy to make maritime defence of the country impregnable.
