KARACHI, Oct 26 (TNS): Sindh High Court issued notices to Sindh government, Inspector General Police Sindh, and others over the petition alleging grabbing of 300 acres of land in Thatta by leader of Pakistan Peoples Party Faryal Talpur and harassment pertaining to it.
The petitioner arguing his case told the court that the 300 acres of land that he had purchased in Shah Bandar area of Thatta district was grabbed by Faryal Talpur and other persons.
The petitioner pleads the court to issue order to get his property cleared of encroachment.
Besides issuing notices to Sindh government, Inspector General Police Sindh, and other respondents the court also directed them to submit the reply by November 13.
