Lahore, Oct. 30 (TNS): Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique has directed the Railways authorities to prepare a feasibility report for connecting Pakistan International Bulk Terminal (PIBT) with the rail network.
Chairing a meeting in Lahore on Monday, he said it is necessary to connect the first terminal of Pakistan with the Pakistan Railways for shipment of coal, pebbles and cement and ensuring the environment-friendly logistic supply.
He said the PML-N government has completed the Pakistan International Bulk Terminal in four years at a cost of 282 million dollars.
