ISLAMABAD Nov 01 (TNS): A team of the National Accountability Burea (NAB) will give a special welcome to former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif at airport on his arrival to Pakistan, TNS has learnt.
According to NAB latter obtained by TNS, a 10-member NAB team will meet PML-N chief at airport and ensure implementation of the court’s summons order.
A NAB team, which includes members of NAB Rawalpindi and Lahore, will be allowed access to the plane with former premier onboard, according to a letter written by NAB’s chief security officer to the administration of the Benazir International Airport.
The letter further states that an accountability court had issued bailable arrest warrants against Nawaz Sharif on October 26, and directed relevant authorities to present him before the court.
