LAHORE Nov 05 (TNS): Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf PTI spokesperson Fawad Chaudhry on Sunday proposed to dissolve all the assemblies and conduct early elections on same day.
He said that PTI is ready to dissolve Khyber Pakhtunkhwa assembly and
proposes the same for other provinces after national consensus.
After PPP, PTI has also backed the move to forward draft bill for delimitation of constituencies in Council of Common Interests (CCI).
Fawad Chaudhry said that the bill should come under discussion in CCI. “The bill should be considered and focused as PTI is not in favour of its immediate approval,” he said.
However; he stressed that the party will not accept delay in elections due to amendment in any bill.
Fawad asserted that the issue of census is facing postponement from the last 10 years but the government paid no heed to it.
