Ali Raza Abidi quit MQM-P

Karachi, Nov. 8 (TNS): Soon after alliance between Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) and Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP), Raza Abidi announced to quit MQM-P and also resigning from NA-251 seat.

“Ladies n Gentlemen from the Holy land of Karbala, I announce to quit MQMP n resign from NA251 as this is not what I believed in n stood for,” Abidi took to Twitter to announce resignation.

MQM-P and PSP leader Farooq Sattar and Mustafa Kamal announced that they were joining hands for the greater good of Karachi and prevent the city’s vote bank from splitting.

Kamal said Altaf Hussain would remain the chief of Muttahida Qaumi Movement so the alliance would come up with a new name.
