Islamabad, Nov. 14 (TNS): A Swiss school of International Relations has conferred Honorary Doctorate Degree to Foreign Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif, state media reported here.
According to Foreign Office Spokesperson, the degree awarding ceremony was held in Geneva on Tuesday.
Speaking on the occasion, the Foreign Minister said the government of Pakistan has successfully steered the country on path of economic development by controlling the menace of terrorism and extremism.
He highlighted the imperative of settling long standing Jammu and Kashmir dispute, in accordance with the United Nations Security Council Resolutions.
