Lahore, Nov. 17 (TNS): The Lahore Waste Management Company on Friday slapped legal notice to Dunya News for publishing fabricated news report about NAB action against the company.
The private news channel, earlier in the day, reported that National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has raided the Lahore Waste Management Company’s office in Shaheen Complex in the wake of Punjab companies scandal and seized the service record of LWMC’s Managing Director.
The Lahore West Management Company has issued a notice to the Dunya TV, saying that the channel on the 17th November 2017 published a fabricated table report which was based on falseness.
The company strongly denied reports which suggested that NAB Lahore officials have raided the office Waste Management office and seized the record.
In legal notice, it has been said that such situation was not happened and company credibility was damaged by this false news.
