Rehman Malik says Pakistan facing two kind of terrorism

Islamabad, Dec. 15 (TNS): Former Interior minister Rehman Malik said that the country is facing two types of terrorism.

Addressing on floor of the Upper House of the Parliament, Malik said one kind of terrorism is when a bomber and suicide attacker kills innocent people and second is when a group of mob challenge writ of the state.

“The first kind of terrorism is in terms of bombing and suicide attacks and second terrorism is of ‘Dharna’ which also kills people like terrorists, blocks ways like suicide bombers do”, Senator Rehman Malik said.

“It was government’s duty to stop them when 400 people reached Islamabad with permission”, Malik went on to say.

PPP senior leader said people of Pakistan are disappointed.

Malik said after reading newspapers and watching news channels his disappointment increased.

“We are sitting here as representatives of people of Pakistan but unfortunately people are listening disappointment from both Houses of the Parliament”, Malik said referring NA speaker Ayaz Sadiq statement about Parliament tenure.

“The way, a key member of the Parliament expresses hopelessness, which is great concern of whole nation”, Malik said asking that “question rises what it make come”?

“There should be rule of law, constitution of Pakistan is very clear about the rule of law”, the Senator said adding that “when there would be no rule of law, there would be terrorism and anarchy like Dharna”.
