Islamabad, Dec. 18 (TNS): Lawmakers have criticized the government for not implementing long-awaited FATA reforms.
Talking to TNS, the Parliamentarians lashed out at PML-N government to handle the matter in such dismissive manner.
After long debate with opposition parties, the government finally agreed to table the FATA reform bill in the Parliament.
Senator Shery Rehman said people of FATA must be given equal rights and access to higher courts of country.
Former Interior Minister Rehman Malik asked the government why it has blocked the bill since so long.
Malik said that no one has given more sacrifices than people of FATA in war against terrorism and they deserve equal rights.
