SRINAGAR, Jan 13 (TNS): In occupied Kashmir, complete shutdown was observed on Saturday against the increased Indian atrocities in the territory.

Kashmir’s joint resistance leadership (JRL) had given the call for today’s shutdown to protest against unending Indian brutalities.

The puppet authorities have imposed restrictions and deployed additional troops and police personnel in Srinagar to prevent people from holding demonstrations.

Meanwhile, Indian police arrested JKLF Chairman, Muhammad Yasin Malik, after raiding his residence in Srinagar today and shifted him to Kothi Bagh police station.
