ISLAMABAD Jan 19 (TNS): Azad Jammu and Kashmir President, Sardar Masood Khan has said Pakistan and Azad Kashmir are passing through a new economic era where small and medium industries are emerging rapidly.
Speaking at ‘International Social Stability Summit’ in Islamabad today, he said revolution of industries will help alleviate poverty and overcome on unemployment.
The President said that Pakistan and Azad Kashmir have rich resources which need to be exploited for the socioeconomic uplift of the people.
He appealed investors to invest in AJK’s tourism, minerals and hydel sectors. He informed industrial zone is being established in Mirpur under China Pakistan Economic Corridor.
