ANKARA Jan 20 (TNS): Turkey and the United States have agreed that a “reliable” political transition in Syria will contribute to peace and security of the region.
The consensus was expressed during a telephonic conversation between Turkish presidential spokesman Ibrahim Kalin and US National Security Adviser Gen. McMaster.
Turkish presidential spokesman Ibrahim Kalin also urged the US to end support to the PKK terrorist organization’s offshoot in Syria.
