Islamabad, Feb. 1 (TNS): On directions of IGP Islamabad Sultan Azam Taimuri, capital police launched crackdown against bookies and gamblers in Islamabad.
The police arrested 4 bookies in a raids conducted at Khudadad Heights at E-11 sector of Islamabad.

According to officials, the police conducted a raid on direction of IGP Islamabad.
During the raid 4 bookies gambling on South Africa-India T-20 match were arrested and cash, telephone sets, mobile phones, tape recorders, laptops and other material was recovered from their possession.
Arrested suspects identified as Ali, Tariq, Ghufran and Junaid.
