LAHORE, Feb 10 (TNS): West Indies cricket team will tour Pakistan in March this year for a three-match T20I series, the Chairman of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced on Saturday.

Najam Sethi told that West Indies and Pakistan will play three T20 matches in the Gaddafi Stadium of Lahore. The T20I series will be scheduled in the end of March 2018, he added.

West Indies was originally scheduled to tour Pakistan in November 2017 but the series was postponed amid thick smog in Punjab s provincial capital and unwillingness of West Indies  senior players.

According to media reports, Najam Sethi is attending a meeting of the International Cricket Council (ICC) in UAE where he also told that the PCB has signed a trilateral series between Bangladesh, Pakistan and West Indies in August 2018.

The trilateral series is likely to be held in the United States (US) with Florida and Houston as venues for the seven matches, he added.
