Multan, Feb 16 (TNS): At least three people were killed including two students and 12 others seriously injured when a passenger van struck into a student van in Jalalpur Pirwala area of Multan on Friday.
The police said, a passenger van heading to Ghazipur from Jalalpur Pirwala when skidded off the road and struck into a student van due to speeding on Multan Road and three people were killed on the spot while 12 other were seriously injured while driver fled the scene leaving the victims in the pool of blood. The deceased were identified as Kamran, Atfan four grade students and Arif school van driver. The deceased and injured where shifted to Bahawal Victoria Hospital Bahawalpur for medico-legal formalities where 11 injured are in critical condition. The police have registered a case against the driver and started investigation.
