Sindh driving license department hit by cyber attack

KARACHI Feb 16 (TNS):  Software used to issue driving license in Sindh was hacked on Friday, authorities said.

According to DIG Sindh Driving License department, the process of issuing licenses has been halted in entire Sindh.

He added that Russian attackers targeted the software, and the department’s IT team is busy recovering the software.

The website of the license issuing authority is also down.
