Okara, March 1 (TNS): At least two robbers were arrested in injured condition after a shootout with the Motorway police in Okara on Wednesday.
The Motorway police spokesman said that two robbers, whose identity could not be ascertained immediately, were busy looting a family on Okara Bypass when police showed up and an encounter took place, resulting in injuries to the two robbers.
The police arrested them and handed over to the Saddar police. The police also recovered two 30-bore pistols and bullets from the arrested robbers. The police have registered a case and started investigation.
