9 died, 29 injured in a fatal road mishap near Gujar Khan
Gujar Khan, March 5 (TNS): At least nine people were killed and several others injured in a fatal road mishap near Gujar Khan late Sunday night.
According to officials, the unfortunate mishap occurred on GT Road near Gujar Khan where a passenger bus fell off a bridge.
Rescue-1122 rushed to the scene soon after the accident took place and kicked off rescue operation.
29 injured were shifted to hospitals in Rawalpindi, Islamabad where some of them reported in critical condition.
9 dead bodies were also shifted to hospitals, officials said adding that children and women among dead and wounded.
