Farhatullah Babar removed as Zardari spokesman after furious speech in Senate

Islamabad, March 8 (TNS): Pakistan Peoples Party leader Farhatullah Babar was sacked as PPP co-chairman’s spokesperson a day after his flash speech in the Parliament attacking his own party for abandoning policy to support the supremacy of parliament.

The official Twitter handler of PPP confirmed Babar’s resignation as spokesperson of Asif Ali Zardari saying that it has been accepted by PPP co-chairman.

“Farhatullah Babar is a PPP senior and an asset of the party. He is and will remain the secretary general of the PPPP,” the tweet stated.
