Washington March 8 (TNS): Foreign Secretary Tehmina Janjua said on Thursday Pakistan was committed to rooting out terrorism from its soil.
Speaking to American journalists in Washington, she said that the Pak-US partnership in the war on terror has remained successful to an extent and both the countries have succeeded in eliminating Al-Qaeda through joint efforts.
Janjua said that Pakistan wanted to eliminate all types of terrorism from its soil.
The foreign secretary said that the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor was an integral part of the One-Road-and-One-Belt project.
She said that the CPEC project in Pakistan was important for the whole region.
