Islamabad March 8 (TNS): The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Thursday arrested former secretary information Farooq Awan and other officials over the misuse of authority and corruption charges.
The accused had illegally benefited a private advertising company by misusing the authority, causing billions of rupees loss to the national exchequer.
Director General NAB Rawalpindi Irfan Naeem Mangi said the NAB was making all-out efforts to recover looted money from the corrupt officials.
