Rawalpindi, March 13 (TNS): Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces of Republic of Kyrgyzstan Major General Rayimberdi Duishenbiev, called on Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa, here on Tuesday, says a statement issued by ISPR.
According to ISPR statement, during the meeting matters of mutual interest including military to military relations, regional security situation and measures to further enhance bilateral defence cooperation were discussed.
Earlier on arrival at GHQ, Chief of General Staff, laid a floral wreath at Yadgar-e-Shuhada. A smartly turned out contingent of Pakistan Army presented the Guard of Honour to Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces of Republic of Kyrgyzstan.
