KARACHI Marc 17 (TNS): Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) leader Dr Farooq Sattar on Saturday offered the Bahadurabad Group to mark the party’s Foundation Day together.
In a statement, Dr Sattar vowed to unite the two factions of the party at any cost before March 26.
Meanwhile, MQM Bahadurabad Group chief Khalid Maqbool said that the MQM-P cannot be kept away from the masses by forming artificial organizations. He announced to celebrate the MQM’s Foundation Day on March 18.
“Farooq Sattar should also tell how both the wings can observe the day together,” he asked.
MQM-P has split into two factions after a dispute cropped up over the nominations for Senate elections.
