Islamabad March 19 (TNS): Naval chief Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbasi arrived in Kuwait on Monday on an official visit.
During the visit, Admiral Mahmood met with his Kuwaiti counterpart, their army chief, naval forces chief and their coastguard’s chief.
During the meeting, matters related to mutual cooperation, defence relations and other important issues came under discussion.
The Kuwaiti military officials highly hailed the cooperation provided by the Pakistan Navy in training their naval personnel. The admiral also visited the Kuwaiti ship anchored in the Arabian Sea.
