Rawalpindi, March 19 (TNS): Federal Minister for Defence, Khurram Dastgir Khan on Monday felicitated Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan for assuming command of Pakistan Air Force, a press release issued by the ministry say.
In the statement, the defence minister said that professional excellence is a hallmark of PAF and in new ACM’s leadership; the force will make new strides towards becoming a 21st-century guardian of Pak air frontiers.
Dastagir also lauded services of outgoing Air Chief Marshal saying that Sohail Aman will be remembered for modernizing PAF in challenging times, for enhancing indigenization of technology and for overseeing PAF’s vital contribution to counter-terrorism.
The defence minister wished him success in all his future endeavors.
