Islamabad, March 28 (TNS): Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) and Cancer Care Hospital & Research Centre Foundation (CCH&RCF) joined hands for fighting Cancer in Pakistan.
A MoU was signed between the two entities for joint efforts for cancer treatment of patients with limited means and those in the vulnerable category specially women.
OGDCL donated PKR.150 Million to CCH&RCF for purchasing state of the art radiation machine and allied facilities. In addition, CCH&RCF will conduct Mammography Screening for cancer detection in underprivileged population residing in and around OGDCL operational areas. The cancer victims identified through this screening shall be given cancer treatment free of cost.
The top management of OGDCL highlighted their resolve to improve lives of the poor and needy around OGDCL Fields and to forcefully continue the pay-back philosophy.
