Karachi, April 9 (TNS): The anti-polio drive will start from April 9 in Karachi more than 0.3 million children under the age of five years would be administered anti-polio drops during the campaign starting here from April 9.
The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Korangi Abdul Wajid Sheikh in a meeting on Friday said that a strict action will be taken against the parents over their resistance while administering the polio drops. He said during the campaign police and Rangers will escort the polio teams.
