BB airport will be closed for commercial flights from April 20

Islamabad April 17 (TNS): The Benazir Bhutto International Airport will be closed for commercial flights from April 20 after the New Islamabad Airport will be opened for all commercial flights.
According to a circular issued by the Civil Aviation Authority, all commercial flights will be shifted to the New Islamabad Airport from the BBI Airport from April 20 10 am on Friday.
A spokesperson for the Aviation Division said that the biggest greenfield airport in the country was ready to handle all kind of domestic and international flights. The spokesperson said that passengers will be provided high quality and modern facilities according to international standards.
