KARACHI May 2 (TNS): The former captain of Pakistan cricket team Shahid Afridi, philanthropist, who is running a welfare organization “Shahid Afridi Foundation” working in the field of health and education in Pakistan, on Wednesday, in a tweet thanked the former United States state secretary Hillary Clinton over her support for the Foundation.

Afridi wrote in his tweet that included a video of Clinton.”Thank you @HillaryClinton for supporting the cause of Humanity and your best wishes,” “Together we all are #HopeNotOut,” he added.

In her video message, Hillary Clinton thanked the cricketer by saying “Thank you for that very nice message that your friend and mine, John, delivered to me at our event today.

“I wish you the very best!” she added.

The Shahid Afridi Foundation, as per its Twitter account, works “for the less privileged to give them what we can to keep their #HopeNotOut”
