Islamabad, May 5 (TNS): Former Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar announced on Saturday that all rumours of his joining Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf are baseless and he will not join PTI.

Addressing a press conference The impulsive leader of PML-N said that he is not disgruntled from the party or Mian Nawaz Sharif and will attend the meetings to which he is invited to.

The leader added that he will stand with PML-N after 34 years of loyalty to the party but will not support a party which takes a difference of opinion as crime and has no patience in its ranks.

The former interior minister said I am one of the 25 founding members of the party when Nawaz Sharif became the leader in 1985 and I am the only member who has remained firm with the party.

“I have been minister three times and I have never asked for any prestigious post from the party”

Nisar further added, I was one of the few leaders, when the Panama case surfaced, who advised Nawaz Sharif to not head towards the Supreme Court and refrained him to not give critical speeches against the state institutions.

After Nawaz and his daughter Marium Nawaz criticized Nisar in their recent speeches, he expressed his grievance by saying “Someone, tell me when did I give an indication that I was unloyal to the party”

Nisar thanked Imran Khan and PTI for inviting him to join their Party and also made it clear that he takes orders from no one.

“I take orders from no one and I do politics according to my own wishes”.
