KARACHI, May 09 (TNS): NAB on Tuesday arrested four accused persons after the cancellation of ad-interim bails. The matter was fixed in Sindh High Court Karachi regarding the bails of ex IG Ghulam Haider Jamali, SSP Ghulam Nabi Kerio and others, in the case of illegal appointments of 800 Police Constables in Sindh Reserve Police (SRP) Hyderabad which caused loss of Rs. 500 million to the National Exchequer.
Two accused persons namely Ghulam Haider Jamali, Ex IG and Ghulam Nabi Kerio, former SSP, SRP Hyderabad escaped the premises of High Court during the proceedings whereas the f four accused, Ghulam Raza Sub Inspector, Abdul Qadir Sub Inspector, Raja Ishtiaque Sub Inspector, Mir Muhammad Dharejo DSP were arrested.
The ad-interim bail of Ayaz, Junior Clerk/Accountant was confirmed.
According to the police the operation of raiding teams is underway to arrest the absconding.
